To ensure that the quality of the food is at a highest standard ensure that the interval between collection and consumption is kept to a minimum.  How to calculate how much food you will require. To help with your catering decisions we have included some calculation tips in the form of recommended serves, which you will find on the PRINTABLE VERSION.

Cold Chicken Recommended

While chicken is packed in foil lined catering boxes, if you do not have the appropriate refrigeration we recommend that you order cold chicken which will go superbly with our crisp and fresh salads.

Complimentary Cutlery

Upon request at the time of collection we will provide you with complimentary refresher towelettes, serviettes and plastic cutlery.

We recommend that to ensure we have adequate stocks and you do not miss out, orders be placed at least 2 days before your function.

Menu prices apply to all other orders.

Melbourne Cup Catering: Due to machine capacity there is a finite number of chickens that we can cook on the day in time for the race, so to avoid disappointment, please place your orders as early as possible.

Christmas Catering: All stores are closed on Christmas Day, so if you would like to have Kingsley's on Christmas Day please order your chicken for pick-up Christmas Eve.

Catering prices are valid only if the order is received at least 24 hours before pick up and the order exceeds $60(i.e. $54 without GST).

Roast Chickens (Available in whole,  ½’s & ¼’s)

Freshly Roasted Chickens cooked to perfection with a light seasoning to give the skin a delightful taste. Stuffed with Kingsley’s Special Recipe Stuffing

For calculation Purposes – 1/3 chicken per person or 1/5 chicken per person if serving other meats

Southern Fry

$1.29 per piece

Pieces of Chicken individually battered in Kingsley’s Secret Seasoning & cooked until golden brown

For calculation Purposes – 3 pieces per person or 1 ½ pieces per person if serving other meats

Skinfree Breast Pepper, Tandoori or Southern Fry

Tender breast fillets coated with Kingsley’s southern fry batter

We provide a choice of two freshly prepared delicious salads, which compliment our chicken.

Pasta Salad    Elbow pasta folded into a creamy dressing with carrot and onion
